Looking for a programmer to make me a site that will play videos that users upload in divx format. The site will have to be simple and have features like related videos, tags, user comments, adverts with the option to hide. Main navigation bar simple with buttons - home - videos - channels - support - advanced search - submit a video (upload) with a search bar somewhere also on the page.
