WHAT WE NEED:
We currently have a website that has been developed for us by a 3rd party company. This website was originally used within a CMS, but we have discontinued the use of this company so we now have extracted the website to be a static site. The website is programmed in PHP and uses Javascript rendering that does not run well on PC's (as opposed to MAC). We need the following work done on this site:

- Javascript code rendering to be fixed to run correctly on PC environment
- Conference Date to appear to the left of the clock countdown on the main page
- Basic Contact Form built to appear under the "contact" tab, and an HTML email to be generated with the results to our email address

We have the site currently up on http://conference.newaveofthinking.com
The provider just needs to provide the fixes and enhancements illustrated in the section above

EXPERTISE WE SEEK:
Competant web developer, with PHP, HTML & Javascript expertise. Must be fluent in english.

TIMEFRAME:
We need this available within 1 to 2 weeks from the posting of this job.

All code and site access will be made available to the successful provider.
