I need one C++ and one Java application that can read a mp3 file of a spoken word/phrases and compare it with the word/phrases capture from the microphone input of a PC or mobile device. The software will return a value 0% to 100% for accuracy of the pronunciation
The C++ and Java application will be compiled and used in Titanium mobile/desktop for deployment onto mobile devices and desktop.
