Requeriment

Incorporate the template into Joomla tool. The website should have the following functionalities:

Home:

* Display the latest 09 pictures per page. Including the Next and Previous links as it shows in the bottom. The pictures can be rated and also marked as “suspicious image”, where it sends an email to contato@emplacados.com.br with the picture ID. Logged users can edit their own images and delete it.
* Display adds on the right of the page
* “Emplaque-se”: should go to the upload page. Here is where the user uploads a picture. The user doesn’t have to be registered to upload, and if this is the case, send him to the sign up/log in page with a third link option that says “I am not interested in sign up now, I want to anonymous upload”.

When every picture is uploaded, an email have to be sent to contato@emplacados.com.br and the picture from registered users goes live right away while unregistered ones should be set to unpublished so I can publish it manually on the administrator side.

* “Bem Vindo ao Brasil”: when clicked should show only pictures where pais (country) = brasil
* “Pelo Mundo Afora”: when clicked should show only pictures where pais (country) <> brasil
* Pesquisar: a search where the users input what kind of pictures they want to display:

Usuario (by user):

* A Ideia: should hold the inner page template, with text, images and video (popup). No interaction, just an information page.
* iPlacados: should hold the inner page template, with text, images and video (popup). No interaction, just an information page.
* Atencao: should hold the inner page template, with text, images and video (popup). No interaction, just an information page.
* Contato: should be a form that sends an email to: contato@emplacados.com.br
