With Native dll extension on Windows, this AIR 3.x application offers a way to monitor the employers' work. It ramdomly captures screen (encodes to jpeg), records keyboard/mouse activities and uploads all data to server via OpenSSL powered strong AES/RSA/SHA-256 cryptographic protection.
The next phase is to add SIP, P2P video/audio chatting capability and to integrate with multiple open platforms.
