Entrepreneurs looking for a provider experienced in building database driven websites from the ground up. We need database development, web programming and design. Ideal candidate / company could provide all three, but design is not a deal breaker.

We have not decided on a particular programming language so please give us your thoughts on what would best suit our needs with enough flexibility for easy modification in the future. We are looking for a provider to create the website now, but who would also be willing to work with us longer-term. Excellent English language skills are a must.
