We need to create an exact match of the mentioned network, with all its current options and features, but in other languages, different domain.
The final website, should be multi-language enabled.

The programmers, or the designers aren't required to speak these languages, they will produce a Right-to-Left layout using English words.
We will do the translations to the needed languages.

Bidders, should commit the ability to deliver:

- Nice, simple and well done web pages design that is:

- For the programming, and the code:

......* Feed, Full Sitemaps, Simple Administration Panel should be presented.

- Important Features:
......* Integration with other social network (Facebook, Twitter).
......* Enable the users to invite their contacts on MSN, Yahoo, Google.

Finally, I should mention that both domain names, and hosting services will be supplied, so kindly don't include this into your bids.
