This is probably an easy job for the right person. I need someone to create a WordPress plugin that enables name and email address collection via Aweber on a page that is viewable by feature phones. I'm basically trying to create a way to collect email opt-ins from people on feature phones (non-smart phones) and have them populate my Aweber account. All my sites are on WordPress so I'd like to have a plugin that can do this.

When complete, I should be able to install and configure the plugin and have a designated page on the site be viewable by WAP devices and capable of collecting email addresses via Aweber. If it's faster/easier you can make it work in conjunction with other plugins that partially fulfill these requirements such as WP-WAP.
