I am in need of someone to code the website for me and maybe create or modify the template.

I know I wrote that it is a website clone but not really. I just want the same features as another site, such as Imageshack.us and Youtube, but obviously not as advanced.. Hazzorz Media Hosting will Host different kinds of File Types.

I need on the website : An Anonymous Uploader to upload all types of Files (compressed, video, audio, documents, etc.) I want the uploaded file to output onto a page with previews. e.g. Images uploaded will create a thumbnail with textareas underneath to copy the link to the image. If a video is uploaded I want it to output onto a page where the video can be played, and textareas for users to copy the direct link to the video, script to embed it etc. and for Files I just want the link outputted with textareas to copy. I want links to the uploaded files stored in a mysql db to be outputted onto a file list page with recent uploads, and idealy a search box, to search for uploaded files (such as rapidsearch), but i want there to be a checkbox for the anonymous user to choose if his file is added to the list or not. I want there to be an option of becoming a member, signing up as a member will give you access to a personal upload gallery, so users can manage their uploaded files and keep track of them. It would also be nice if there was an option for people to submit flash games to be uploaded, which i could approve first. It would be nice for the user to be able to connect the media people upload to other sharing websites, such as stumbleupon, digg, twitter, facebok etc.

I had this project posted before and I had a programmer working for me but he was not doing his work and he kept avoiding me and making excuses (acer2004) . Because of this I can not make an escrow payment right away but I will after refunded if preferred. I have used this website 3 times and every time I have had bad experiences so I am very weary of using script lance again. I will not give login details to my ftp server, I would like the programmer who wins this bid to use his own server to test this website / script, so we both feel safe.

I am going to require additional means of contact other than just scriptlance, but whatever is discussed on MSN/Email will be posted on the PMB after discussed. I would also prefer someone I could call, with an american phone line (I am not Discriminating I just cant make international calls, so if you are able to call me, or if you have a toll free number I would have no problem dealing with anyone.)
