We have built a layout design for them and made it into a page so we could wrap the design around Able Commerce. Now, the client wants us to skin a copy of Joomla with the design we have created. We have the PSD, and also a CSS sheet along with the design as an index.html page. Do you have any experience with creating skins? If not, do you know of anyone that does? All the design work is done, it's a matter of making sure we have a copy of Joomla that looks exactly like the design we have made.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS PROJECT YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN BUILDING THEMES FOR JOOMLA.

PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH URLS TO REVIEW (JOOMLA ONLY), AND SCREEN SHOTS OF THE LAYOUT.

YOU MUST PROVE YOU CREATED THE LAYOUT AS WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT CAN EDIT A TEMPLATE.

THIS WILL BE BUILDING THE SITE TO REPLICATE THE PSD FILE WE HAVE.

DESIGN SKILLS AND TECHNICAL KNOW HOW ABOUT JOOMLA'S THEME DESIGN IS MANDATORY TO BE CONSIDERED.
