we need to have some custom development work done on jomres (www.jomres.net)- a joomla component. Only serious and capable developers may bid. We have the licensed version of jomres running on our server.
Two features are required:1. Refundable Deposit feature:eg Property of 10 rooms with Rs 1000 as advance rent and Rs 1000 as refundable deposit per room (Per room per booking). To be given back to the visitor if no damages are claimed by the hotel

2. Dashboard for Cash/Credit:
• Dashboard showing current status for total sales through room bookings (total advance room rent + total refundable deposits)
• Dashboard showing current status for sales done by receptionist(advance room rent + refundable deposits).Amount of cash in the system to be visible at any given point…alongwith its classification as rent or deposit
• Dashboard for sales done online (through payment gateway-ccavenue)
