I am seeking a freelance developer (stand alone individual-no agency) for small to medium sized jobs involving our Joomla based website We need a Joomla web designer/programmer who can: help us input our developed content on our Joomla website input; train staff on how to effectively use Joomla; be available for staff questions about Joomla; perform Search Engine Optimization; develop landing pages; develop squeeze pages; other web design functions and technical aspects of Joomla and web development.

Person must speak and write perfect English and be an Expert in Joomla web design. Person must be able to work in real time with staff after 6 PM. This may include weekends. We are flexible about the days but not the time of day.

The initial bid is for moving our current hosted site to 1&1.com plus a 3 hour block of time for instructing staff on making changes on our Joomla Web site. Also please give your hourly rate for the additional work needed.
This position may lead to a long termed business relationship.
