Need a developer to put my vision into an application for Android or Iphone depending on our conversation but ease of production/costs. I want to develop a Fantasy Football application and be able to process payments from the phone. I need to be able to accept and pay money possibly with PayPal or something like that for ease of use and credibility. The prettiness of the app is not as important as the functionality. I have the general use and concept worked out so I just need someone to help me put it into a functioning application.
