Need to set up basic membership database & ecommerce shopping cart w/ recurring billing.

2 membership types free & paid.

standard usr & pwd login for both membership types.
All usr names will be member's active email address.

free membership includes editable user profile with searchable locations(10 max from list) and skill sets(single skill set selection from list)

paid membership includes editable user profile, billing info, ability to search free member database by locations & skill set.

ecommerce will be handled thru API from authorize.net - requires recurring monthly billing for paid membership users.

admin area required to add/edit/delete both user types as needed.
admin area must also provide ability to set up free trial account for paid membership user. trial account will provide full access (same as paid member); termination date to be set by admin user.

AVAILABLE BUDGET FOR THIS PROJECT IS $250 - $400(US dollars).

Must be able provide 3 references within last 12months
