I am looking for someone to work side by side in order to create some form of online database that can run from our own server running PHP MYSQL.

We already know exactly what we want as we have a system setup in excel which is what we are aiming for I have made some changes on the excel but this is all to be finalised.

So baslicy i am looking for someone to more or less convert a excel spreadsheet to a online database and also open to suggestions to make it better, also there will be various calculations in this which would need to be preserved.

Also need to option to have a way of adding users to this so i can see who added info editied it etc. for security.
