Option 1


Current system essentially works as intended with exception of the land, air, water filters and slow loading markers (crashes in IE. This would need an overhaul to fit the needs of the site.

Option 2 - Preferred ( www.osatuk.com/system )


Currently installed joola with the "webmap" extension. This is near perfect for the sites needs but would need adapting to allow user uploads and better filtering of results etc. This system has the added benfit of the backend already installed so easy for admin management (no need for phpadmin etc)

Create from scratch, a system to fit sites needs.

This system has to be able to handle potentially hundreds of database entries and be fast. Will potentially be used as a business.

I have included an old word doc to a previous developer which may help you get an idea of what i want. It is much more in depth. Do not take it literally as it was based on the current system to FIX it. However a new system with different methods to acheive the same goal will be perfectly acceptable if not preferrred!!

Hopefully this will be enough information to get a "feel" for what i need.
