I need a advertising and reward platform that functions like youthsays.com.

Functions I needed:
1) Admin panel to edit users, add new ad/reward and payment.
2) Facebook connected and post to facebook / tweet to twitter functions.
3) All similar functions to youthsays.com
4) Very nice and smooth interface and graphic design
5) Proper performance tracking to show to the client on the advertisement or reward

With additional function with is simple, users beside getting reward from getting clicks for link, every offer/reward also integrated with ad code(which is the link related to the users and campaign with banner ad) so that they can add them to their blog or websites.
