We need a website designed. Please read the following description of the work to be done.

This website will be an ecommerce site devoted to selling food. It will be a third party site. We will host various producers products and we will charge a transaction fee for selling their products. We are starting local and will expand national. However customers will get on to the website and enter their zip code. This will take them to their local area. And the site will allow them to only purchase from local food producers and growers. Thus we need the whole site designed that will allow for local buyers to only see their local area. We need Google maps integration for this as well.

In addition we need a form for sellers to create their own profile for their products. Similar to a Facebook profile. They will just fill in the info and upload pics to create their part of the greater online store.

Finally we need pay-pal integration, namely "chained payments" that will allow a customer to buy from multiple sellers and pay once and have the sellers paid their amount with a percentage going to us, the host site.

Finally we would like an updated logo for the site/concept. Thank you in advance.
