iPad / Android tablet (Honeycomb) App - electronic restaurant menu


I need a talented individual to design and program this App. The electronic restaurant menu App must be easily customisable and allows bulk uploads. It will be designed to support multiple restaurants and SMS alerts have to be incorporated.

Native App or HTML5 with touchscreen support for iPad or Android tablet (Honeycomb).

Feature wise, front end will look something like:

Is your bid for iPad/Android tablet (Honeycomb) or both? If for only one platform, are you able to convert this to the other platform? If so, how much will that cost be? Will the App be native/HTML5? If it逞ｴ native App, will you assist with submission to the App Markets? Do you offer follow up tech support for me? If so, how long?

The successful bidder must first show the ability to develop such an App and a proposal of how this would be done. I would like to see examples of your work if you have done something similar.
