Hello,

I need a custom video player with a subtitle editor. Ex: http://www.viki.com/channels/442-youre-beautiful/videos/5163/1 or http://subtitle-horse.com/preview_41

Specifications I want addition to those examples above:

- Subtitles should be external and editable. Player should be able to play videos with external subtitles
- Player should support subtitle files with .srt .sub .ass .ssa extensions and these files should be imported/edited/exported easily
-Users contributed to subtitles stored in database and will be shown before video starts
-Users should be able to edit subtitles and save it to database.
-Users should be able to rate subtitles and most highest rated subtitle will be shown.
-There can be multiple subtitles for 1 videos (such as English,German,Italian etc..) so there should be a subtitle selector at the beginning of the video
