We need an Android app that can record video (using the built-in camera recorder is fine), then play that video along side a second pre-recorded video hosted on an external server, in a dual-screen view. The player should be able to play in slow motion, frame-by-frame, pause, and play. The pre-recorded videos will be selected from a list. We'd like 2.1+ compatibility, but we can discuss what this would require and we may be flexible.

We need an experienced, dependable developer - so example projects are required. You'll be working with and for other developers (not marketers.)
