Create an iPhone or Android app that supports Skype. I have no access to Skype protocol. Freelancer must use Reverse Engineered SILK Protocol, or get from Skype by him self the Protocol.
App must be able to see Skype contacts: See who is online and off-line, call contacts and get calls using Skype codec.
Skype out support is also required.
Text message on Skype also need to be supported.
Audio Quality should be as good as Skype original app.
