I want the 20Q game remade in Java. The database has to be in SQLite 3 and already generated. The search and questions should be relevant with the top 2,000 items used. The 20Q game is going to be a programmed version of the circuit board design, so it should be possible to make in Java.

This would be an Android project. UI is not necessary as long as the logic is there to call functions to work with the UI.
