I am looking at this in a slightly different fashion. Instead of finding someone who can clone the software and make it web based, lets start with telling you exactly what I need my web app to do and then you can tell me if it is something you can do.

What I need is this: a web app that will have a search box where you can enter a list of keywords, one per line. It will then executea search of those keywords as exact and not broad meaning for a keyword phrase like model air planes, the search is on the key phrase in the exact order and not to inlcude broad searches like, planes model air, or, air planes model

User will then choose which country : Queries all of the Google countries that support the Latin character set

The app will go to Yahoo Site explorer and return all the backlinks for the top 10-50 (user picks) sites in Google's listings. Meaning the top 1-10 sites for the exact keyword on Googles first page as an example. It will list the url of the sites and show the number of backlinks for that page . It will also show the total number of backlinks for all the pages of that site. So 2 results coolumns, one showing page backlinks and the other showing total backlinks to the site.

The search will also pull the pagerank of each site making a third column.

Next users will be able to click on a url and do a deep link analysis of that url. It will show the total number of keyword targeted backlinks for that page. It will deep through all the links and find out what anchor text the link is targeting. In a seperate box it will show a list of the keywords for all of the lnks on that page. So it will have a list of the link text that shows in the links with the number of occorences for each For example:
model planes 25
airplanes models 20
balsa wood planes 9
plane models 6

This way we can see how many links for a particular keyword each page has and what it is optimized for.
This should also pull the page rank of each of the backlink sites.

Lastly, users will need a way to save their data. This can be done through saving as a .csv file

That is really all I need it to do. It needs to be frramed in a user friendly and attractive interface that is structured well and flows nice from one section to the next.
