A small application, for filing complaints and process them.



1 page for filing and reviewing the complaint.

The applicatio in short.

The user writes a complaint in an ASP.net form.

The user submits the complaint.

A Admin-user verifies the submission and fills in more data.

After the complaint is being checked, the Admin-user fills in some more fields and closes the complaint.



In between a set of participants is notified by e-mail by the application with attached a PDF report of the complaint.



This application is part of another application, so some parts (like user authorization) will not be done by the coder.
