   Thank you for your interest in bidding on this contract!  We are looking for a programmer to spend ~10 hours per week working as part of a team developing a C#/ASP.NET web application.
   High Level Requirements:
10 hours / week, one week contract (trial basis).  Potential for multi-week contract

You must be the individual who is doing the work

Experience with C# .NET v3.0+ and ASP.NET

Experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript

Experience with Microsoft SQL Server

Experience with 3-tier architecture

Native English speaker

Ability to write clean, concise code that builds on the existing code base efficiently

Ability to comment code properly for future understanding and enhancement

Ability to understand the most elegant and effective way to solve a problem, not just the fastest way to hack it into working

Driven to leave the code in better shape than how you find it
   Responsibilities:
Design, implement, debug and unit test controls for data entry, data validation, navigation, and report generation 

Implement business logic layer and data access layer functions as needed

Propose architectural improvements where needed to support the new functionality

Make bug fixes and improvements to the existing code base

Attend twice-weekly meetings over Skype / GoToMeeting with the system architect to report progress and review the code
