I am in need of designer to re-do my clothing companies web site. I am looking for something with out as much or no flash because it currently loads to slow. I need to simplify the site but make it visually interesting.

I would like an eye grabbing home page that contains a slide show of our art and information on our brand with out being to wordy but still able to convey our branding message.  I am currently using godaddy.com quick shopping but it is not very dynamic and the images of our clothing are much too small.  There is currently intro music on the site. I would like to keep this but make it shorter and give the customer a more visible control in which to stop it if desired. please view my site at:
