We would like a developer or team of developers to develop a Facebook Game Application that is similar in nature to Mafia Wars.  It is a mostly static game, based heavily on statistics and player profiles.  It has something akin to a stock market.

Dynamic content must be retrieved in close-to-real-time from provided RSS feeds.  Specific items will need to be retrieved from RSS feed entries and tabulated into the game database, and points then awarded.

The technologies we are looking for are PHP, MySQL and the other technologies listed below.  We want this hosted on Google App Engine.
