What I need or require:
We are seeking to have a blackberry, android and palm pre application developed from our existing iPhone application. The main functionality will be:
1) Submit form requests
2) Upload photos
3) See other requests in a geographic area
4) View account information
5) Access city information (text)

The job milestones are:
1. Milestone #1 by 2/8/10: Start & Preparation (10%)
2. Milestone #2 by 2/12/10: Screen approval (10%)
3. Milestone #3 by 2/24/10: Backend script for Android, Blackberry and Palm Pre (25%)
4. Milestone #4 by 3/5/10:  First Version Complete (25%)
5: Milestone #5 3/15/10: Testing, bug fixing, assistance passing through app stores (30%)

All of the work is complete on the SQL database that is the  data from which the table view shows. You may bid for ANY or ALL of these platforms. Please, only experienced developers on these platforms should apply.

Legal: Project must be a “work made for hire” where all source code, copyright, and all other created intellectual property will be owned by Jade Nile, LLC. The winning bidder must agree to and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) and a work for hire agreement. This means you may not use creations done on this project or the intellectual property I provide to you for other projects directly or indirectly or disclose it to others.

What I already have versus what the provider will deliver:
By 2/14 our iPhone application will be complete. The provider will convert the application into blackberry, android and palm applications using similar visual and backed processes. The provider must also do thorough QA and bug testing.

Specific expertise/background that I am seeking:
The provider should have advanced experience developing mobile applications.

Timeframe for delivery:
Our timeframe for development is 5 weeks. The final, tested deliverable should be to us by 3/15/2010.

Other:
We will be featured on the O'Reilly conference/show, and this is a great PR/Marketing opportunity for the selected developer.
