I am seeking an experience app developer to build a simple application for the iPad based on the iPad sdk. The concept is:

User is presented with a black screen, and can place their finder anywhere on the screen and a small dot will be placed. The user may choose which color dot they would like to place on the screen by going to the "tool box"

Also, the user may choose a background to place the colored dots on, which can be accessed through the toolbox.

There will be an "on button" within the app, and when pressed, will light up all of the dots. When the app is "off" the dots will remain "unlit"

I will provide all of the graphic design for the application
