I need someone full time to work for my and build websites and develop content. You need to have the ability to write website content and develop great website design. 

You will have to have the following

great flash 

knows joomla

great website content rewriting

article development and submission

great video production capabilties

will to learn and will to research answers on own

will to be with company for 2+ years

must be able to work 30-40 hours per week and sometimes weekends

must have great portfolio to show

must have yahoo messenger and use it actively for communicate, skype is good too.

must have completed ENGLISH TEST on desk, creative writing tests a bonus along with internet marketing test.

Salary: $400 per month to start growing to 700 in 3 months when individual has proven themselves as a valuable asset to my company.
