The candidate will:
Investigate, describe and solve the issues assigned
- Track and provide visibility on assigned tasks
- Raise issues to Technical Project Manager
- Be proactive and conscientious

Essential skills:
- Java SE and ME development
- End-to-end development on at least one of the following platforms: (Java
ME, Android, BlackBerry, iPhone)
- Low-level GUI implementation
- Development of client-server network applications.
- Experience working with internal and external teams coordinating tasks
between them
- Developed real Prolog applications
- 3+ years of Java development with different frameworks (Hibernate,
Spring, JUnit)
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
- Contribute to development on new and existing work
- Test code to make sure that software is high quality
- Adhere to development best practices
- Coach other developers
- Be a good team player 

Other skills of interest:
- Knowledge and experience in C++.
- GUI design and effects experience.
- Familiar with the CVS version control system.
- Confident deploying and running systems on both Windows & Linux.

Performance objectives
- Deliver on time, to the standard required and within the constraints of
the delivery process.
- Communicate proactively on issues affecting delivery.
- Collaborate across locations and functions to achieve the best result
possible.
