I want someone who can search on Google for similar companies and make a good quality eye catching design using the same content as the existing site but I need a CMS that will let me edit the content and even add new pages if necessary.

The navigation has to be editable by the CMS along with the content.


I need the site to be table-less and as SEO friendly as possible.

Ideally this is suitable for someone who can start immediately and just work a whole day to finish it. I need this done ASAP so don't apply if you cannot work on it full time.
