- links can be from blogs or forums also but total amount of them must be not more than 15% of total links and these forum/blog pages must have PR2 at least.

- No links from link scheme pages


- No links on pages that already contain 20+ links

- Each link should be on a unique domain name (not spread across sub-domains) and on different C-class IP address ranges
