This project simply requires an applet to be built which will read dyanamic dat (like stock rates or currency rates) right from a java, flash, or web based platform. The rates will be changing in real time and the object of the applet will be to do

1) read the dynamic changing data in real time form the screen (without any API connectivity)

2) place orders on the platform by hotkey or mouse actions automatically if certain criteria is met.



If you can do the whole project then thats great but otherwise the bare minimum I am looking for is for you to be able to read and record data in real-time



This was previously done by programmers for me however the method they used using screen grab technology used a lot of resources as it took snap shots of the screen 5-10 times a second and read the data from screen mapping and pattern recognition which they setup to read the numbers. I am looking for someone to be able to do this process in a better (lighter way) if possible
